These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Leaf Enthusiasts website at https://leafenthusiasts.com (the “Site”) and any related mobile or software applications (collectively referred to as the “Leaf Enthusiasts Platform”), including any future websites, services, or offerings that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NJ, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in NJ.
